The service was great, totally satisfied. The room I booked was tidy and fairly quiet with comfortable king size bed, the bedroom, great facilities as expected. The location was perfect and magnificent for traveling around Barrowford, very close to Pendle Hill & surrounding villages, and the attached pub...

The hotel staff was bad.

helpful staff

perfect base for exploring barrowford's scenic trails and landmarks

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved my time, especially as I could easily walk to both Black Moss Reservoirs, which are just under a kilometer away, and the charming Alice Nutter Statue, 2 km from the hotel. The staff were also really helpful, and the food was excellent.

Couples seeking a cozy escape

The room was comfortable, the bed was plush and I slept like a baby after the long journey. The staff were so great, they even made sure I was settled in right away and offered to carry my bags!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what you get, it was still reasonable.

Comfortable Stay with Amazing Food

The self-catering kitchenette was convenient for late-night snacks, and the meals we had at the inn were delicious, especially the hearty Pendle Pie! The staff were great. A bit more attention to the chalet's facilities would enhance the overall experience.
